We are excited that you are considering baptism for your child. We look forward to accompanying you on this journey and welcome your child into the Catholic Church through the Sacrament of Baptism.
The Sacraments are milestone in our lives, where God reveals to us His great love and especially who He is. Baptism is the first of the three Sacraments of Initiation.

General InformationParents of the child to be baptized should be an registered and active member of St. Mary Cathedral or St. Ann Church for six months.
Baptism classes are required of all parents and godparents that have not taken a Baptism Formation Class within the last three years. We encourage parent to complete these classes prior to the child being born. Two classes are required for preparation for Infant Baptism and both parents are required to attend these classes.

Adult Baptism - Children Over 7 Years Old and Adults

Adults or children over the age of seven seeking to be baptized in the Catholic Church and receive the other sacraments of initiation, Confession and Eucharist, receive preparation in the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults program.
